How The Laundry Company (TLC) Works:
- Download the app and create an account.
- If your building has our lockers, simply secure your bag in an available locker bay. For locations without lockers, you can contact us through the app for a pick-up arrangement.
- In most cases, your laundry will be returned within one business day. Occasionally, it may take a couple of days, but we will notify you in advance if this is the case.

- I DON'T HAVE LOCKERS AT MY LOCATION. CAN I STILL USE YOUR SERVICE? In most cases, yes! Contact us for assistance, and we will find a solution together. Alternatively, you can request your dorm, house, or apartment manager to install our lockers at your location. It's free for them and enhances convenience for you. As a bonus, there might be a special treat involved!
