The Laundry Company is a concierge laundry service catering to IU students and residents of Bloomington, IN. With our convenient on-demand laundry and dry cleaning app, you can effortlessly receive clean clothes with just a click - allowing you to focus on your bustling daily routine.

How The Laundry Company (TLC) Works:

1. Download the app and create an account.
2. If your building has our lockers, simply secure your bag in an available locker bay. For locations without lockers, you can contact us through the app for a pick-up arrangement.
3. In most cases, your laundry will be returned within one business day. Occasionally, it may take a couple of days, but we will notify you in advance if this is the case.

• HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT? Your payment details are securely stored in the NAB transact system when setting up your account.
• I DON'T HAVE LOCKERS AT MY LOCATION. CAN I STILL USE YOUR SERVICE? In most cases, yes! Contact us for assistance, and we will find a solution together. Alternatively, you can request your dorm, house, or apartment manager to install our lockers at your location. It's free for them and enhances convenience for you. As a bonus, there might be a special treat involved!
